Review: Google Places Cash Generator

Google Places Cash Generator

If you own, or manage, an off-line business, then you are probably aware of Google Places; Google’s free local business listing. Google has determined that approximately 40% of all search traffic can be categorized as “local search”. What this means is, as yellow page advertising goes away, more and more people are searching for local businesses via the Internet. If you want your off-line business to be found on-line, Google Places is a good place to start.

The trick, of course, isn’t in getting the free listing from Google Places; the trick is getting – and maintaining – a top-five listing, as more than 90% of all search result clicks happen in the top five results.

This is where Google Places Cash Generator comes in. Offered by Todd R., Sam Bakker, and Wynne Pirini, Google Places Cash Generator is a video course that, not only walks you through how to set-up a Google Places account, but also shows you exactly how to optimize that account.

The course covers everything from account set-up, to content ranking – including keyword research and the use of citations, images, and even video!

Better still, the course is also designed so that you can sell your clients and/or prospects on getting to, and staying in, the top five spots in Google Places for their selected keywords.

Included in the course are 20+ videos  and sample emails, phone scripts, and client agreements to help get you started in setting up your own business in this growing field.

As of this writing, Google Places Cash Generator is only available as a Warrior Special Offer (WSO); currently, the course can be found at The Warrior Forum ( www.warriorforum.com ).

When I purchased my copy through this offer, the price was under $25.00, and worth every penny! In fact, I’d say this course is worth several times that price – it is just that good.

With the positive feedback that this product has already generated, I’m sure that the authors will release the product to the general public very soon; and with that release, I’m guessing the price will go up.

If you own, or manage, an off-line business, or consult to off-line businesses, and want to better position your (or their) on-line Google Places listings, then you’ll want to seriously consider the Google Places Cash Generator.

Micro Niche Finder Review

August 6th, 2010

The first step to creating a successful on-line niche marketing company is to identify a niche full of hungry buyers. Research is the key, and most on-line marketers either skip this step altogether, or simply skim over the top of it.

The reason is simple: keyword research is both boring and time consuming; that is, if you are doing it manually.

Enter Micro Niche Finder 5.0, a powerful, yet simple to use, keyword research tool that takes all of the guesswork out of discovering profitable niches.

I have used Micro Niche Finder for about three years now, and it is a wonderful keyword research tool.

Here are what I consider to be the major benefits of Micro Niche Finder:

  • It is easy to uncover completely overlooked – yet profitable – niche markets.
  • Using the built in Targeted Affiliate Product Search Tools, you can locate the most profitable affiliate programs for your niche market keyword phrases
  • Micro Niche Finder boasts an exclusive Strength of Competition (S.O.C.) index which tells you at a glance how strong the existing competition is for any keyword phrase
  • The Search Manager function allows you quick and easy access to all your past keyword searches
  • Locates keywords for markets even when you don’t even know the market exists!
  • Micro Niche Finder runs directly from your desktop. It employs extremely fast keyword retrieval (the product developer claims that the average retrieval time for 240+ keywords is 2.6 seconds)
  • You can use the Narrow Dig feature to zoom in on a keyword phrase and find related keywords that have even better profit potential.
  • Using the Broad Dig function allows you to find wide-ranging terms related to your base keyword
  • Using the Domain Lookup Tool you quickly find out if a keyword phrase is available as a .com domain name
  • There  is a built-in Competitive Analysis which gives you a breakdown of the number of competing websites using Search Engine Optimization techniques for a particular keyword phrase
  • Micro Niche Finder comes with lifetime updates at no extra cost and comes with a 100% guarantee

The only drawback that I have found with this program is that it does take a small amount of time to master. You’ll have to get your head around the way that the software organizes the data. Once that is done, however, you’ll find that you are saving a lot of time during your keyword research.

James Jones, the author of Micro Niche Finder, has done a good job of provided tutorials and other support to help guide you along.

As of this writing, both discounts and software bonuses are being offered for purchasing the product. So, if you are considering this product, now is the time to act.

If you are serious about niche marketing, you’ll have to get serious about keyword research. Micro Niche Finder is a serious, yet easy to use, tool to help you complete that research with little effort.

Among the topics covered are: choosing your niche, content, information products, membership sites, coaching programs, and a set of case studies. Should you decide on a different direction, the book also explains how to become a celebrity author, speaker, or coach.

When asked who the book was written for, Joel responded by saying:

“With the current state of our economy, there are millions of people looking for ways to supplement their income. While many people tout possibilities for making thousands or millions of dollars online, I believe many would be thrilled to have an extra $1000 or so each month. KaChing presents the Internet business opportunity in a way that is both fresh and attainable to those who seek to take control of their financial situation and future.”

Marketing Warfare Book Review

July 30th, 2010
Carl von Clausewitz.

Image via Wikipedia

Marketing Warfare, written by the authors of Positioning, Al Ries and Jack Trout (McGraw-Hill Inc., 1986), is a marketing strategy book that should be in every business owner’s personal business library.  The book has recently be updated as with the new title,  “Marketing Warfare: 20th Anniversary Edition: Author’s Annotated Edition“, and is available in hardcover, paperback, or CD.

Based on the teachings of military strategist, Karl von Clausewitz, the authors apply the fundamentals of victorious military campaigns to modern day marketing strategies.

Ries and Trout identify four main strategies: Defensive Marketing, Offensive Marketing, Flanking Marketing, and Guerrilla Marketing. Using plenty of real-world examples, the authors then show when and how to use each strategy, based upon the position your company occupies in the marketplace.

By reading this book you will gain insight into your current marketing campaigns – whether they were created by design or by default – and you will learn how to adjust your campaigns, based on the actions of your competitors, to gain advantage in your market.

Welcome!

May 29th, 2010

Welcome to Spooner’s Reviews. Here you’ll find reviews on the latest Niche Marketing products and services.

Whether I am reviewing a $10.00 marketing book, or a $10,000.00 marketing course,  I will always attempt to give an honest review, citing both positive and negative features of the product, while giving some insight as to any particular benefits that you might derive from purchasing the product.

In some case, I will have purchased the product prior to the review; in other cases I will not have purchased the product prior to the review.  Likewise, in some cases, should you decide to purchase the product that I am reviewing, I may derive a commission from the product owner based upon your purchase. If that doesn’t sit well with you, I understand; you can always purchase the product via a search that you conduct on your own.

I just want to be honest and up front with you so that you’ll always be in a position to make a well informed decision before making any purchases.

Finally, I welcome your feedback. Feel free to leave me a comment – agreeing or disagreeing – regarding any review that I post.

OK, with that out of the way, let’s start reviewing some niche marketing products!
